Assigned Reading

I think it's going to be important for us to familiarize ourselves with the laws and terminology associated with beer and wine sales at some point- I suggest we throw all our brains at this information. I found it on an official Missouri State website:


There's a lot in there about weights and measures and taxing when large quantities are starting to be produced... and how the state defines the different types of beer and spirits. I understand that we aren't going to be opening up a bar any time soon, but the earlier we understand what it's going to take to mass produce, the better off we're going to be.

Hop Update.

The hops buds have begun to grow. The vine is really looking nice now. I have been watering them daily. I also added some compost about two weeks ago to bump up nutrients.

Drinking Made Easy Tour
